Sarah Lee, Drug Development

Sarah is a research associate in our Drug Discovery Program. She first joined the Nathanson Lab as an undergraduate researcher in 2024 and has since graduated from UCLA ('25) with a Human Biology & Society BS. Currently, she is helping to develop next-generation potent and brain-penetrant tyrosine kinase inhibitors for glioblastoma (GBM). Her work includes investigating in vivo efficacy, PD aspects of drug signaling, and dose tolerability.
