Pauline worked with the lab as an undergraduate researcher to help understand the apoptotic resistance in neurons due to the brain microenvironment. She officially joined the lab as an SRA after graduating from UCLA with a degree in Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology and a minor in Biomedical Research. Pauline's current work involves targeting BCL-xL in Malignant Brain Cancer with ABBV-637 and testing the drug's synergistic effect with other GBM treatments such as TMZ/IR and EGFR TKIs. In her free time, Pauline enjoys cafe hopping, making playlists on Spotify, and going to the beach.
