Chris Tse is a Staff Research Associate here in the Nathanson Lab. He received his B.A. in Neurobiology from Harvard College before coming to UCLA to work with Dr. Nathanson to establish, maintain, and improve patient-derived orthotopic xenograft mouse models for glioma (GliomaPDOX). Currently, he is working on characterizing and expanding the diversity of the biobank of GliomaPDOX models to where he can test a variety of novel or repurposed therapeutics using a “PDX Clinical Trial” (PCT) that will be predictive of therapeutic response in glioma patients.
