Jihui Sha is a PhD student in UCLA’s Gene Regulation, Epigenomics and Transcriptomics (GREAT) program. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Jilin University in China. Her research leverages mass spectrometry–based proteomics and complementary molecular biology assays to dissect signaling and molecular mechanisms associated with therapeutic resistance in glioblastoma (GBM), with an emphasis on generating insights that can inform translational and clinical directions. She enjoys cooking and gardening in her free time.
